Our History
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, our founder has dedicated his career to providing customers with the highest quality products and services at competitive prices all year round.
Our founder started off working at his family’s minimart in the 1980s, and eventually set up Superstar Traders Pte Ltd. He started off with only a handful of goods, and primarily purchased them from other wholesalers locally. Over the years, with our founder’s perseverance and determination, Superstar Traders has established itself as a leading importer and distributor of groceries such as onion, ginger, garlic, potato, chilli and other fresh produce. In fact, our founder has even earned the nickname Onion Muthu for his knowledge and specialisation in onions.
Today, we continue to push our boundaries and achieve new milestones. We’ve purchased our own 22,000 sqft unit at 1F Senoko Crescent and we are venturing into food manufacturing. We have cold storage spaces with different temperatures to maximise the quality and shelf life of our fresh produce. We are always committed to maintaining the highest quality.
