- Photograph and Videograph: Take clear photos and videos of the damaged or unacceptable goods.
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via Whatsapp within the 24-hour timeframe, attaching the images and videos.
- Refund Methods:
Refunds will be issued through the same method as the original payment.
- Return Shipping:
As we primarily deal with fresh produce, return shipping is not applicable.
- Exclusions:
Products kept for more than 24 hours will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
Customers reporting damaged or defective products within 24 hours will be offered replacements or refunds.
