Customers are required to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet the expected quality standards. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Damaged Goods on Arrival: Products damaged during transit. 
  • Incorrect Items Delivered: If the received items do not match the order. 
  • Unacceptable Quality: Goods that fall below the acceptable quality standards. 
  1. Timeframe for Returns:

Customers must report any discrepancies in quality within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

  1. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, customers are required to follow these steps: 

  • Photograph and Videograph: Take clear photos and videos of the damaged or unacceptable goods. 
  • Contact Us: Reach out to us via Whatsapp within the 24-hour timeframe, attaching the images and videos. 
  1. Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued through the same method as the original payment. 

  1. Return Shipping:

As we primarily deal with fresh produce, return shipping is not applicable. 

  1. Exclusions:

Products kept for more than 24 hours will not be eligible for refunds or returns. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

Customers reporting damaged or defective products within 24 hours will be offered replacements or refunds.
